Let's campaign against online censhorship before it's too late.

Whenever in past we heard about censorship and even sudden disappearance of persons who write something controversial in China, we all felt lucky that atleast we are not part of such regime. But today in the name of censoring online world, every government including main democracies like USA, India are going towards same way. When there is technology to trace IP address of anyone who misuse the system to extreme then there is no need for censorship. It's just a excuse to control the freedom of individual and to give whole control of society in few hands. Freedom to speak is first and most basic principle of democracy. If we don't campaign in a big way right now, we'll lose our freedom. So it's high time to campaign against it and this you can do by commenting here, voting at vote.0987.in or tweeting, sharing this post. Let's do it now before it's too late.

Is it not right time for online voting system?

It's irony that inspite of so much debate over corruption issues we are not sure whether congress or even any other ruling party if come in power, will pass lokpal bill with full honesty and sincerity. And then after that whether it will get implemented effectively is another debatable thing altogether. That too when Annaji and their team have maintained so much pressure on govt. for so much time. The reason is very simple.

At the back of mind, every ruling party know that real people who have power to make or mar their five years career of power are not the people who debate on television or who splash their opinions through twitter, facebook. Rather people who don't have access to net or who are computer illiterate are their real voters. And to get their vote, they have simple formula of false promises, rhetorical speeches and cash, drinks at local level.

Though after social debates on television and internet, awareness has been increased ten fold times but this major chunk of population actually don't vote at same level. And Annaji campaign, support cannot be expected every time for every issue. So don't all of you think it's high time that we should make our voting system online and shift power not just in hands of naive population who are more concern with their immediate small gain or regularization of their slum but also to people who are well aware, educated. 

Now as far security concerns, we can look at financial transactions system. Money is one area where security is prime concern and system has to be very robust and fool proof. Only because concern authorities all over world are satisfied with system, today online banking, online trading of shares, ATM are common thing. And now all banks are going for mobile banking for more penetration. So when in area like money, online system is possible then why not in voting where one can vote through website, mobile or ATM. It will not just bring upper and middle class but also large reach of those illiterate, rural people especially by mobile. As everyone knows penetration of mobile are much higher and deep. Yes there is possibility of misuse, fraud but that rare possibility is very much there in every system. But if one sincerely go for this system then this is very much possible reality in today's age.

And we have already seen the power of telecom revolution and now launch of Akash tablet will add much more to that in coming times. And when Kapil Sibal is so much concern about those 140 words on social network sites, then don't you think it'll be best answer to his censorship proposal for online world.

Inspite of software hub, we cannot able to give Google, Facebook to world, lets be pioneer in online voting system. And we can, not only vote for govt. but whole society can contribute while  taking any major bill or decision of govt. And when ruling party will know that their career is just not dependent on rhetoric speeches, they will respect that voting. You can start this trend by giving your vote on vote.0987.in. Win heart & let everything follow rather than other way round.

What's most important thing in human relation whether you are dealing with any employee, spouse, customers or even yourself? We think it's salary, expensive gift, product specifications or plans respectively that works, but it's not. Because thoughts however logical, correct are nothing in comparison to power of emotions. Emotions mean when thousands of cells in our body has same opinion. And number of cells are thousand times more than few thoughts in neuron cell. So heart, emotions are always hundred times more powerful than head thoughts, logics in any circumstance. It's well known scientific fact that verbal words have just 5-10% effect rather non verbal signals like body language, facial and eye expressions and voice tone. They communicate & influence much more at emotional level. If you try to follow to do list, plan then it become too cumbersome but if you just follow your heart, dream that you love then everything happens automatically and you don't feel  like  spending any energy or doing any effort. Similarly in case of employees, customers or spouse, you might have won logically but if you lost emotionally then your have lost final war in exchange of winning just few battles of argument. So win heart and let everything follow rather than try to move trying to move aeroplane(heart) with cycle rickshaw(head).

School memories !!

School days are one of the best period of life when one does not have any tension of target, salary, budget, expenses and blah, blah of adult life. It's simple: go to school, play, study and then play again. Oh yes, no one forgets their teachers, their scoldings and exams. But then you get so many friends for whole life. And these friends were not chosen on basis of status, class or any other social criteria but on pure innocence of kids and may be destiny. Most of us think during childhood that once we will be out of school, we'll be so happy. It's only later that we realize the value of those innocent years.
So here I am sharing  journey of those beautiful years through 1992 batch students of 35 Model school. Thanks to social networking sites like Facebook, Orkut, we have again came in contact with each other and all memories got refreshed in an instant. Hope we'll have more rememberable memories from coming get together after 19 years.
