Main point that we are missing in these protest against delhi gang rape.

When family upbringing is considered as much responsible as child, who
has gone into drug addiction, they why same responsibilty is not
shared by our society for rapist? All of us are protesting for
punishment of culprits and just focusing on their crime and weakness
in police and law. There is no doubt that we must keep pressure so
that authorities take serious note and concrete action, so that one
thinks thousand times before playing with someone's life. Though more
important is our upbringing in which we both unconsciously and
consciously communicate superiority of male over female right from
birth. And then movies and especially ads which potrays female as just
sex object.
But the main point we miss that more than lust, its misuse of power in
rapist mind that plays major role. Its fact that most of such henious
crime are done by either rich & powerful or by poor, whose power lies
in that he has nothing to lose. So both have heightened sense of power
which they misuse by playing with someone's life. After cases such as
Salman Khan car accident, BMW accident case, Jessica case and recently
murder of assistant inspector for stopping eve teasing of her own
daughter, some message has gone that its not easy for anyone to go
aways from crime, however rich or powerful he is, especially if ''
media catches story''. But such message is not deterrent to poor whose
power lies that he is nothing to lose much as anyway he is not much
happy with life when he see such big contrast between rich and poverty
along with traditional mindset. So main point we are missing is poor
people living in slum in urban areas to which most of us have blind
eye like they don't exist. By acknowledging their existence and
understand that till even one of yours kid is not educated properly,
whole family cannot be happy and safe. One of the way is to bring some
basic moral and spiritual values in their life. Navchetna Shiver by
volunteers of Art of Living organization, founded by Sri Sri
Ravishankar is excellent example of such initiative. Only such
initiatives can bring radical changes in society and change the whole
mindset like it had happened for caste system mindset in past.
Otherwise strict law, police will remain just cat mouse never ending
game. So rather than just protesting against police, law, we should
also focus on mindset of youth to respect women and also be aware what
type of message we are giving consciously or unconsciously through our
ads, movies. And this should start from those kids of society whose
existence and infulence in society we deny.

Why cannot we have mentor cells for aspiring souls in bollywood?

Today bollywood movies have changed a lot not just in looks but
substance also. Rather than just same typical love, revenge stories
and item songs, it has much more. Today stars do attract viewer
initally but only script and direction that dictate it's final
verdict. So today not just few stars but lot of good actors, not good
looking, not coming from filmy families are getting chance. Kahani,
Gangs of.., etc. are such example. But it's irony that inspite of so
much evolution, story of struggling actor remain same. Even though
icons like Amitabh Bachan and various other actors had reached the
heights after lot of struggling period, they had not taken any
initiative to create an ecosystem to make life easier of struggler.
It's not just financial support initially but lot of guidance for
living, backup jobs, networking, contacts that struggler need after
landing in dream land, Mumbai. Till then only foolishly passionate
actor will dare to take risk after fighting out with his parents etc.
Why big actors, producers, directors don't think in that way.

Like in most of good engineering colleges, there are entrepreneurial
cells to help, guide, mentor aspiring souls so that more and more
students can go for their innovative ideas rather than usual
placement. This not only help more students to atleast give try to
their dream in safe environment but also help colleges and overall
society as they gain from their innovation and more employment
opportunities. In same way people from film industry can take
initiative to create an ecosystem, cell that provide safe environment
where struggling actor can get guidance, contacts, mentors and back up
jobs. This will not help only more and more aspiring souls to atleast
give try to their dreams but film industry will able to get more and
more talent in script, direction, actors etc. As an incentive for
Individual directors and producer, they may also charge say 50 percent
of income for 5 years of any actor, director who become successful
later, out of 100 souls they mentored. It can be win win situation for
everyone and we can take forward bollywood even ahead of hollywood.

actual initiative from some mentor. You can be one as it's matter of
support that can be any form: financial, idea, media or any other
support. Looking forward for actual leader not just likes, comments,
though they are also manure for actual step................

Are you missing one golden word but expect same from others?!

Forgiveness is one of the divine quality which can give you instant
liberation from anger, sorrow, suffering. You don't have to go
anywhere or call, meet someone and ask for shameful sorry. Just alone
in your room or even in bathroom for two minutes sincerely forgive
yourself for all the mistakes you have done. It may be because of
sudden anger, wrong judgement, other person wrong doing or intention.
Reason is not important, why it has happened, what was wrong with you
or other person. Rather just sincere intention of yours to forgive
yourself and others, even biggest enemy, most wrong person on the
earth will bring immediate relief to you.
Lets take example of Salman Khan, one of famous indian actor. He is
honest in his interaction in the sense that he called spade a spade,
not using some diplomatic words. Also about whomever he feels wrong
person, Salman seems to have very negative vibes for him. Though this
seeing, speaking reality as it is, may be ok but rather than going to
next level of forgiving, he get stucks there. And in process, Salman
suffers more because of holding that negative feelings forever in his
heart rather than letting it go.
And it's irony that when accident happen by his car, he defends that
it just happened and expect from court and family members of victims
to pardon him. But when this come down to Vivek Oberio or Sharukh Khan
then he is just holding one event in his heart and not ready to let it
go forever. Thus suffering forever.
Just try this exercise of forgiving sincerely once and you will
yourself become fan of this golden word.
